He / she is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media. This role serves as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, playing a key role in maintaining brand loyalty and client relationships. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Provide accurate information about products, services, or order statuses. Resolve customer issues within agreed time frames while maintaining high satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure problems are resolved to their satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve issues. Maintain a deep understanding of company products, policies, and procedures. Identify and escalate priority issues to supervisors when necessary. Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores. Experience :- 2 to 5 years required.
