Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Factory Manager at our facility in Pollachi. The Factory Manager will oversee daily production planning, manage quality control processes, and ensure efficient production management. Responsibilities also include coordinating manufacturing operations and optimizing operational management to meet production goals and maintain high standards of product quality. Qualifications Experience in Production Planning and Production Management Strong skills in Quality Control and Manufacturing Operations Proficiency in Operations Management Excellent leadership and team management abilities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively on-site in Pollachi Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
