About the Role: The ERP In-Charge is responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and daily management of the organization's core business applications—including Tally and the ERP System (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite) . The primary goal is to ensure these systems accurately manage the complex manufacturing, inventory, costing, and financial processes unique to the cable industry. Key Result Areas (KRAs): 1. Manufacturing & Inventory System Management Bill of Materials (BOM) Management: Oversee the accurate setup and maintenance of multi-level BOMs specific to cable and wire manufacturing, accounting for metal weights (copper/aluminum), insulation, sheathing, and reeling/packaging. Production Module: Manage the Work Order process in the ERP, ensuring accurate tracking of raw material consumption, waste/scrap generation, and finished goods inventory (length/weight reconciliation). Job Responsibilities: •Conduct detailed route surveys for transmission lines (130kV–220kV). •Perform topographical and profile surveys using advanced instruments (Total Station, DGPS, Auto Level). •Execute route alignment and develop tower profiles as per terrain and design requirements. •Identify and mark tower spotting locations, including Prop setting per design parameters and client instructions. •Assist in walkover and detailed surveys, ensuring accurate data collection and terrain verification. •Check and finalize tower profiles, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and clearance norms. •Must have Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Surveying / Geomatics. •Hands-on experience with DGPS, Total Station. Strong understanding of transmission line alignment principles and terrain evaluation is an added advantage.
