Position Objective: The Human Resources Executive – Factory is responsible for smooth and uninterrupted plant operations by proactively managing Industrial Relations and ensuring strict adherence to statutory compliance, while also driving a culture of continuous training and development, fostering employee engagement, and supporting key HR functions such as recruitment, attendance management, and employee welfare in alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Industrial Relations (IR): Liaise with labor contractors, unions, and external stakeholders, maintain discipline and compliance under labor laws, ESIC, PF, etc., ensure zero disruption in plant operations. Statutory Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintain accurate records for inspections and audits; coordinate with legal and compliance teams. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, organize safety, quality, and technical training sessions, maintain training calendars and reports. Employee Relations & Engagement : Foster positive employee relations, drive engagement activities and grievance redressal, act as first point of contact for employee concerns. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant roles, coordinate manpower planning with HODs, execute smooth onboarding and induction processes. Time Office & Attendance Management: Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, coordinate payroll inputs, implement biometric/time-tracking systems. Health, Safety & Welfare: Work with EHS to ensure compliance and awareness, maintain welfare facilities, participate in safety committee meetings and audits. Qualifications: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources (HR) or a relevant degree. 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR Executive, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience in plants producing electrical equipment, cables, or conductors is preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience in industrial/employee relations, grievance handling, and workforce management in manufacturing. Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, training, and time/attendance management for plant staff. Knowledge of health, safety, welfare practices, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and ISO compliance. Strong coordination with EHS, legal, and corporate HR teams and HR software proficiency. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and under pressure.
