Job Description

Position Objective:

Human Resources Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Industrial Relations (IR):

    Liaise with labor contractors, unions, and external stakeholders, maintain discipline and compliance under labor laws, ESIC, PF, etc., ensure zero disruption in plant operations.
  2. Statutory Compliance & Audits:

    Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintain accurate records for inspections and audits; coordinate with legal and compliance teams.
  3. Training & Development:

    Identify skill gaps, organize safety, quality, and technical training sessions, maintain training calendars and reports.
  4. Employee Relations & Engagement

    : Foster positive employee relations, drive engagement activities and grievance redressal, act as first point of contact for employee concerns.
  5. Recruitment & Onboarding:

    Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant roles, coordinate manpower planning with HODs, execute smooth onboarding and induction processes.
  6. Time Office & Attendance Management:

    Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, coordinate payroll inputs, implement biometric/time-tracking systems.
  7. Health, Safety & Welfare:

    Work with EHS to ensure compliance and awareness, maintain welfare facilities, participate in safety committee meetings and audits.


Qualifications:

  • MBA or PGDM in Human Resources (HR) or a relevant degree.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR Executive, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in plants producing electrical equipment, cables, or conductors is preferred.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in industrial/employee relations, grievance handling, and workforce management in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, training, and time/attendance management for plant staff.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, welfare practices, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and ISO compliance.
  • Strong coordination with EHS, legal, and corporate HR teams and HR software proficiency.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and under pressure.
