Enterprise Resources Planning Manager

About the Role:

ERP In-Charge

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Manufacturing & Inventory System Management

• Bill of Materials (BOM) Management:

  Oversee the accurate setup and maintenance of multi-level BOMs specific to cable and wire manufacturing, accounting for metal weights (copper/aluminum), insulation, sheathing, and reeling/packaging.

• Production Module:

  Manage the

  Work Order

  process in the ERP, ensuring accurate tracking of raw material consumption, waste/scrap generation, and finished goods inventory (length/weight reconciliation).

• Inventory & Stores:

  Configure and monitor inventory management in Tally/ERP, focusing on batch/lot tracking, unit of measure conversions (e.g., kg to meters), and accurate stock valuation methods relevant to the cable industry.

• Financial Management:

  Configure and design ERP Modules all major financial process including LC & BG. GST, TDS, TCS.

• JOB Work:

  Job work Module (In & Out both)

2. Project Management

• Complete life cycle of EPC Project.
• Understanding about LOA, BOQ & service BOM.
• Working knowledge of book stock & custodian stock
• Practices of Erection, DPR & JMC
• Project Billing & Bill retaliation.

3. Business Application Administration & Support

• Serve as the

  System Administrator/Super-User

  for

  Tally ERP/Prime

  (specifically for statutory compliance, tax reporting, and local transactions) and the primary ERP system.
• Provide

  advanced functional support

  to users in Finance, Production, Sales, and Stores, resolving application issues related to data discrepancies, costing errors, and report generation.
• Manage user access, security roles, and system configuration to maintain data integrity across all applications.

4. ERP Implementation and Integration

• Actively participate in the full lifecycle of

  ERP implementation or upgrade projects

  , focusing on the

  Manufacturing, Costing, and Quality Control

  modules.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to map complex cable industry processes (e.g., coil winding, length conversion, metal pricing variations) into the system.
• Develop custom reports within the ERP (e.g., production efficiency reports, variance analysis, metal consumption analysis) crucial for manufacturing leadership.

5. Financial & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure the seamless

  integration

  of the ERP system with

  Tally

  for final financial reporting or statutory compliance where required.
• Verify that the applications are configured to accurately calculate

  product costing

  including overheads, labor, and fluctuating raw material (metal) costs.
• Data Reconciliation

Technical Skills:

• Mandatory:

  Deep functional knowledge and administrative experience with

  Tally ERP/Prime

  .

• Strong expertise

  in at least one major

  ERP system

  (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365/NAV/AX, SAP B1, Oracle Netsuite, or a specialized Manufacturing ERP).
• Experience with

  SQL querying

  and basic database management is highly desirable.
• Clear ides about PLT & DFD
• Deep knowledge about API integration.
• Deep knowledge about Web Resources, service settings, Instant management, Common data services, Schema, Data normalization.
