Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc / MCA / B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
7 + years of experience in ERP implementation and Oracle
Certifications in Oracle / ERP / Project Management (preferred)

Key Skills:

Strong proficiency in Oracle and ERP systems
Good understanding of garment/textile industry processes
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

Coordinate ERP and IT development activities across departments
Support project planning, testing, implementation, and user training
