Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Area Description In-Line & End-Line Quality Monitor in-line, end-line, and final audits. Ensure adherence to AQL standards. Team Supervision Supervise QA/QC inspectors, provide guidance, and ensure daily quality targets are met. Defect & Rework Analyze defect trends, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and reduce rework rates. SOP Implementation Ensure specific quality manuals and SOPs are followed in production. Pre-Production Activities Support PP meetings, sample reviews, and initial inspections before bulk production. Reports & Documentation Maintain quality reports (inline, pre-final, final), defect analysis logs, and audit checklists. Training Train operators and supervisors on quality standards, checkpoints, and workmanship improvement. Show more Show less
