Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Asst Merchandiser, Mens Apparel at Zopnik Innovations Pvt Ltd. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day merchandising activities, developing new customers and developing the business relationships, executing order TNA while ensuring quality standards. You will also be responsible for procurement activities. Profile Experience in a merchandising role for at least 3-5 years in Men's Apparel. Extensive knowledge about Men's Apparel business including Garment costings, Tech packs and sourcing base of fabrics. Proficiency in English & Hindi Experience in handling customers - large retailers ( Both India and Overseas ) Proven track record of handling the TNA of orders Someone with a growth mindset and looking to rapidly take on larger scope of work within the company Adaptability to cope up with the start up environment and ability to unlearn and relearn. Compensation At par with the market ESOP component would be additional.

Giving approval of printing, embroidery production and other subcontracting work. Execution of orders whether it is running on time.
