Fashion Design Intern

Role Description

Looking for a rockstar candidate in fashion designing for a fashion b2b startup who can become an integral part of the growth story of the company.

Selected intern&aposs day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Researching current fashion trends and determining what consumers will like

2. Collaborating with the product team to develop ideas for new products based on research data & creating mood boards for the collection

3. Designing graphic sketches for new products with a design team

4. Creating clothing patterns for mass production

5. Testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, patterns, and textures for each design

6. Overseeing the production of designs, including carrying out fittings, determining prices

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Attention to detail and creativity
• Experience with fashion industry tools and software like adobe illustrator, photoshop
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Fashion Design

Stipend

• As per the industry standard.
