Enterprise Resources Planning Manager

You should have a B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc / MCA / B.Sc degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and possess at least 7 years of experience in ERP implementation and Oracle. It would be advantageous to have certifications in Oracle, ERP, or Project Management. Your key skills should include a strong proficiency in Oracle and ERP systems along with a good understanding of garment/textile industry processes. Additionally, you should demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to coordinate ERP and IT development activities across departments, support project planning, testing, implementation, and user training. You will also need to identify system gaps, prepare necessary documentation, and recommend practical solutions.
