Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Resources Planning Manager for our real estate business based in Gorakhpur. The role involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems, optimizing business processes, and ensuring effective use of resources. The ERP Manager will identify areas for process improvements, engage in project management tasks, and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems. Additionally, the role requires monitoring system performance, resolving issues, and ensuring that ERP systems align with organizational goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their functionalities in Real Estate Sector.
• Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and expertise in analyzing and refining existing business processes for real estate business.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data and drive actionable insights
• Experience in Project Management to oversee implementation timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across departments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science,, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Previous experience in real estate ERP covering core modules like Finance, Material Management, Engineering, Projects, B2C Sales, or a related industry is a strong advantage
