Job Description

. Compliance Management

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and ensure organizational adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and internal controls.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Maintain documentation related to compliance activities, inspections, and certifications.
  • Support risk management initiatives and ensure timely incident reporting and investigation.

2. Human Resources Operations

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Generate HR reports (attendance, leave, headcount, compliance tracking, etc.).
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with learning & development, trainings, and policy communication.

3. Policy Development & Governance

  • Draft, update, and enforce HR and compliance policies.
  • Ensure employees understand policies through training, awareness programs, and communication.
  • Support internal investigations related to misconduct, grievances, or policy violations.

4. Workplace Ethics & Culture

  • Promote a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical behavior.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ensure safe workplace practices and support occupational health and safety efforts.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Certifications in compliance, HR, or related areas (preferred):
  • CHRP, SHRM-CP, CCEP, ISO Compliance, etc.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in HR, Compliance, or related functions.
  • Experience with labor laws, audits, or risk management is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency with HRIS software, MS Office Suite, and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of audit processes and documentation practices.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,980.26 - ₹25,000.00 per month
