Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

✅ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs

✅ Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and promote workplace harmony

✅ Administer payroll, benefits, and ensure statutory compliance

✅ Drive performance management, goal setting, and employee development

✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and safety standards

✅ Develop training programs to enhance employee skills

✅ Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

✅ Manage internal communications and engagement initiatives

✅ Oversee employee wellness programs and HR budget management

What We're Looking For:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)

8-10 years

✅ Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance

✅ Proven expertise in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and performance management

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
