What You Bring: Required Skills and Qualifications • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA with a specialization in Marketing or International Business is strongly preferred. • Experience: A proven track record of success in a sales management capacity, ideally within the packaging, manufacturing, or a related industry. • Leadership: Demonstrable experience in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team. • Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability in sales strategy, key account management, and new business development. • Commercial Acumen: Outstanding negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for building rapport with stakeholders at all levels. • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analyzing sales data, conducting market research, and using insights to make informed, data-driven decisions.
