Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding. Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media. Shortlist resumes, conduct initial screening, schedule interviews. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs. Maintain a database of potential candidates and active openings. Manage walk-ins and campus hiring events when required. 2. HR Operations & Data Management: Maintain and update employee records (physical & digital). Manage HRMS or Excel-based employee data sheets (attendance, leave, etc.). Assist in preparing HR letters (offer, appointment, increment, experience). Maintain compliance records (EPF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Support in payroll inputs such as attendance, leave balance, new joiners, etc. 3. Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, salary slips, etc. 4. Onboarding and Exit Formalities: Organize orientation sessions for new joiners. Collect and verify joining documents. Manage exit process including clearance and full & final settlement data.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
