Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple hiring needs. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting overall HR objectives.

Key Responsibilities :Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments.
  • Prepare job postings and advertise openings on relevant platforms.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and final rounds with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages, and assist in onboarding processes.

HR Coordination

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support HR functions such as induction, documentation, and compliance.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.

Employer Branding

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through branding initiatives.
  • Participate in career fairs, campus hiring drives, and networking events.

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws.
  • Recommend improvements to recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and HR recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience in [IT/Non-IT/Technical/Corporate] recruitment.
  • Exposure to HR operations and employee engagement.
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition.
