.Screen and interview: Review resumes, screen applications, and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
Manage the hiring process: Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and facilitate the offer and onboarding process.
Build employer brand: Represent the company as a positive first point of contact to ensure a good candidate experience.
Maintain records: Keep accurate and organized records of candidates and the recruitment process. Required skills
