HR Executive

• Manage recruitment process — posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance trackers.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and documentation formalities.
• Assist in setting up HR policies, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Organize engagement activities and team communication.
• Support management in hiring interns, evaluating performance, and maintaining HR reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 tools.
• Eager to learn and take initiative in a startup environment.
• Prior internship or HR exposure is a plus but not mandatory.
