Required:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience:

2–3 years of hands-on experience
in Payroll, Recruitment, and Internal HR Audit functions.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with staff at all levels.
Skills:
Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with exceptional accuracy.
Mindset:
Detail-oriented with a proactive, process-driven, and problem-solving approach.

Preferred:

Prior experience in the
Hospitality Industry
(Resorts or Hotels).
Working knowledge of
HRMS or payroll software systems

A solid understanding of Indian
labor laws and HR compliance standards
.
