Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management while supporting the company’s culture and growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment & Onboarding

* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across departments.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

* Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.

* Maintain and update job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).


2. HR Operations & Documentation

* Manage employee records, contracts, and HR databases.

* Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and appointment letters.

* Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and compliance requirements.


3. Employee Engagement & Retention

* Plan and execute team engagement activities and virtual events.

* Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism and empathy.

* Promote a positive and collaborative work environment aligned with company values.


4. Performance & Attendance Management

* Track attendance, leaves, and performance records.

* Coordinate with team leads to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

* Support appraisal and feedback processes.


5. HR Strategy Support

* Collaborate with senior HR management on talent planning and organizational development.

* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives related to culture, training, and growth.


Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (EdTech/startup experience preferred).

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

5. Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
