Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Artificial Intelligence Trainee (Content Creator) to join our academic content development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the curation, academic quality enhancement, and end-to-end content creation for AI-related modules. Your contributions will directly impact learner outcomes and shape the quality of technical education delivered through our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality AI content aligned with learning goals and curriculum standards.
- Ensure content is accurate, clear, relevant, and pedagogically sound.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT for drafting, with full responsibility for final quality.
- Complete additional content and project tasks as assigned by eQOURSE or reporting personnel.
Task I: Mini Project Development
1. Lesson Plan (LP):
- Include a detailed, student-friendly breakdown of the code, highlighting conceptual clarity and practical application.
2. Worksheet:
- A worksheet aligned with the LOs, containing:
- Develop a worksheet based on the code to assess student understanding and performance. MCQs, short answers, and reflection questions to assess understanding.
3. PowerPoint Presentation (PPT):
- A PPT covering the points below, focusing on the LOs and engaging students.
- Include a detailed, student-friendly breakdown of the code, highlighting conceptual clarity and practical application.
- Create simple, well-commented, and conceptually clear AI code examples.
Task II: Tutor Kit Creation:
1. Lesson Plan (LP):
- The LP should align with the LOs and include:
- Objective: What the candidate aims to achieve with the lesson.
- Content: Clear explanation of AI and fairness.
- Methodology: How the lesson will be taught to meet the LOs.
- Assessment: How student understanding will be evaluated.
2. Activity:
- A hands-on activity to help students explore about AI, based on the LOs. It should foster critical thinking and real-world connections.
3. Worksheet:
- A worksheet aligned with the LOs, containing:
- MCQs, short answers, and reflection questions to assess understanding.
4. PowerPoint Presentation (PPT):
- A PPT covering the key points from the LP, focusing on the LOs and engaging students.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (Bachelor’s/Master’s).
- Solid understanding of AI concepts and real-world use cases.
- Familiarity with kid-friendly coding tools (e.g., Scratch, Blockly, MIT App Inventor).
- Experience in curriculum design, academic content creation, or e-learning preferred.
- Strong written English; able to simplify technical topics for students.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to develop educational content.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and common AI libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras)
- Lesson planning, instructional design, and assessment development
- Pedagogical writing with attention to age-appropriateness
- Content creation using visual or video-based tools (PowerPoint, screen recording, etc.)
- High attention to detail and commitment to content quality

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and identifying optimization opportunities in educational content.
- Knowledge or experience in Data Science concepts, including data manipulation, analysis, and visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning tools, algorithms, and frameworks, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and a passion for contributing to innovative educational solutions.
- Degree or coursework in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
