Designation : HR Executive

We are looking for a HR Executive who will be responsible for handling HR Operations.

Role And Responsibilities

Find/Shortlist candidate and arrange interviews 

Maintain employee records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and attrition rates.

Timely updating of HR policies & processes.

Responsible for Running end-to-end performance appraisal process.

Responsible for end-to-end HRIS management & monitor other HR internal systems/ tools & databases.

Responsible for all the HRIS grievance management through the HR helpdesk & maintaining harmonious employee relations.

Maintaining complete MIS & other HRMS reports.

Responsible for the overall background verification process & coordination with the vendor for accurate & timely BGV reports.

Planning & & organizing employee engagement activities & coordination with vendors for all the locations.

Maintaining claims & reimbursement records with rewards & recognition budgets for E.g. Manager Budgets, HOD budgets & employee R&R Budgets.

Providing all the HR-related information & data to reporting Head & ensuring accuracy & timely deliverables.

Responsible for handling Audit queries related to employee life cycle & BGV.

Qualification & Skills :

B.Com / B.A / BBA / MBA / Human Resources Management or relevant field

Minimum 2 to 4 of experience in managing administrative activities

Experience in HR, admin and front desk job services

Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all
