HR – Talent Acquisition Group (TAG)

Be a key driver in building high-performing teams by managing end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements

• Handle end-to-end hiring for IT / Non-IT / Sales / Bulk / Volume roles

• Track & improve recruitment metrics (Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Dropout Ratio, etc.)

• Use creative sourcing strategies and hire through multiple channels

• Conduct interviews, candidate assessments & salary negotiations

• Build strong talent pipelines and industry network presence

Key Skills Required:

Experience in IT / Non-IT / Sales / Bulk hiring

Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

Energetic, proactive, and innovative mindset

HR – Talent Management Group (TMG)

Drive employee engagement, retention, and capability development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & execute people and retention strategies

• Analyze employee exits and drive cultural alignment initiatives

• Implement engagement, satisfaction & OD interventions

• Drive succession planning and critical talent retention

• Design and manage employee development programs & development centers

• Strengthen employer branding, EVP, and corporate communication

• Conduct market intelligence & compensation benchmarking

• Improve HR operational efficiency and lead strategic HR projects

• Present HR insights & action plans to Country Head and CoEs

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of relevant HR experience

• MBA / Postgraduate in HR

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven professionals
