Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end
  recruitment through LinkedIn, Naukri & other portals.
• Handle HRMS activities including attendance, leave management, employee master data, and payroll inputs.
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation and ensure adherence to PF, ESIC, PT, and other compliance requirements.
• Draft, review, and implement

  HR policies, SOPs, and process documents

• Conduct onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and culture-building activities.
• Maintain HR records, support admin operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/MBA in Human Resources or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive in an IT Industry.
• Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
