Human Resources Executive

As an Executive HR at Ascendion, you will play a crucial role in facilitating key HR functions to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Working as an HR generalist to oversee pre-boarding, onboarding, time and attendance, and offboarding processes for employees. - Managing data for all employees and contract employees efficiently. - Releasing offer letters and handling HR induction and orientation. - Issuing temporary and permanent ID cards to employees. - Ensuring documentation of employee joining adheres to statutory compliance. - Conducting background verification of employees. - Issuing access cards and maintaining the COSEC Portal. - Managing timekeeping and attendance effectively. - Filing ESIC for all eligible employees and processing various reports for better visibility. - Automating daily tasks to enhance efficiency. - Filing documents in employee files and processing various letters required in the employee lifecycle. - Handling grievances and queries from employees effectively. The qualifications and skills required for this role are: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. - Flexibility and coordination abilities. - Attention to detail and a good understanding of HR functions. - MBA or equivalent degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
