Human Resources Executive

• Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage core HR functions, including recruitment, employee records, and payroll. The ideal candidate will support HR operations to align with business objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Responsibilities
• Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Assist HR Manager in all the HR/Admin process
• Handle HR duties independently in the absence of HR Manager
• Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, conduct employee engagement activities, and ensure smooth communication between management and staff.
• Administration: Maintain employee records, manage attendance and leave, and process payroll, including ESI and PF contributions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist with audits and maintain necessary HR reports.
• Support: Support other HR functions as needed, such as performance management and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role. Experience in end-to-end recruitment and payroll is preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
