Role Description:

We are developing a next-generation global Internet infrastructure engineered for exceptional scale, speed, and reliability, as we progress from inception toward global deployment.


We are seeking an experienced and strategically driven Human Resources Business Partner to join our founding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the human capital foundation of the company, serving as the principal architect of our People function. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, frameworks, and practices that drive organizational effectiveness, foster a high-performance culture, and enable sustainable global growth.


Key Responsibilities:

People Strategy and Organizational Design


  • Develop and execute the enterprise People Strategy aligned with both immediate and long-term business priorities.
  • Define organizational design principles, workforce architecture, and talent frameworks to support scalable growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership to establish a future-ready organization capable of operating at global scale.
  • Employee Insights and Culture Development
  • Conduct organizational assessments and stakeholder engagements to evaluate cultural alignment and organizational health.
  • Define and evolve the company’s core cultural tenets and People-Culture Fit (PCF) framework.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and employees on engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.


HR Infrastructure and Governance


  • Design and operationalize core HR systems and frameworks, including performance management, compensation architecture, onboarding, and policy development.
  • Develop standardized HR playbooks and governance mechanisms to ensure alignment, efficiency, and compliance across all functions.
  • Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning.
  • Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy encompassing direct sourcing, referral programs, and specialized recruitment channels.
  • Partner with leadership to identify, attract, and onboard key talent for foundational and leadership roles.
  • Establish mechanisms to strengthen employer branding, talent engagement, and organizational retention.


HR Operations and Analytics


  • Oversee the setup and management of HR operations, including HRIS platforms, compliance frameworks, and risk management processes.
  • Establish key HR metrics and analytics to monitor performance and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to best-in-class operational standards and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.


Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to ensure alignment between human capital priorities and business objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams, driving effective communication, coordination, and execution across the organization.
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial exposure to HR Business Partner or HR Generalist responsibilities within a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and scaling HR frameworks and processes across early-stage or growth-phase organizations.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven expertise in HR operations, including HRIS implementation, compliance management, and compensation planning.


  • Preferred:

    Experience as a HR leader within a global or rapidly scaling organization.
