HR Associate

What You’ll Do

• Own the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  — from sourcing to onboarding across roles in operations, sales, creative, and tech.
• Manage

  employee lifecycle processes

  including onboarding, documentation, performance tracking, and exits.
• Collaborate with leadership to

  build HR policies, frameworks, and cultural initiatives

  that reflect Cloutflow’s DNA.
• Maintain and update

  HR databases and employee records

  with accuracy.
• Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
• Assist in

  employee engagement, team-building activities, and internal communications.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and ensure a healthy, transparent work culture.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or People Operations (preferably in startups or creative/media companies).
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of HR tools, recruitment platforms, and Google Workspace.
• Strong ownership mindset — you don’t just execute; you improve systems.
• A people-first approach with an understanding of startup agility.
