Senior Manager- Influencer Planning

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager – Influencer Planning to lead and elevate our influencer marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for creating enterprise-level influencer plans, scouting and shortlisting the right creators, and leading a team of Associates to ensure flawless execution. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of influencer ecosystems across platforms, excellent planning acumen, and proven leadership experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns at scale. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Associates to deliver high-quality influencer plans and strategies. Provide regular training, guidance, and performance feedback to the team. Influencer Planning & Strategy: Develop end-to-end influencer marketing plans for enterprise-level clients across sectors like FMCG, BFSI, Tech, Fashion, etc. Translate brand briefs into structured plans including influencer mix, platform selection, deliverables, and projected outcomes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Creative, Operations) to align planning with campaign goals. Influencer Scouting & Shortlisting: Own the process of influencer identification using data-driven tools and market insights. Evaluate influencers based on content quality, engagement metrics, audience relevance, and past brand collaborations. Maintain and update a proprietary influencer database segmented by category, geography, and performance. Data & Research-Driven Execution: Analyze past campaign data to optimize future planning and influencer selection. Benchmark industry best practices and bring fresh approaches to influencer strategy. Client-Facing Responsibilities: Present plans and insights directly to clients when required. Support the business development team with planning inputs during pitches and RFP responses.
