About the Role We’re looking for a Head of Operations who can build, lead, and optimize Cloutflow’s campaign execution engine. This is not a paper-pushing role — it’s for someone who thrives in chaos, brings clarity to scale, and builds repeatable processes that empower teams to run thousands of influencer campaigns with precision. What You'll Do Own end-to-end execution of all influencer campaigns across verticals (FMCG, D2C, Fintech, etc.) Design and optimize SOPs to ensure scalable, error-free campaign delivery Manage and mentor a growing team of operations associates, campaign managers, and regional ops leads Implement workflow automation, dashboards, and reporting tools in collaboration with our tech team Work closely with the sales, brand management, and talent teams to ensure seamless coordination Build quality assurance systems for deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics Create strong feedback loops between operations, product, and account teams Constantly improve cost-efficiency, TAT, and creator satisfaction You Should Have 5–10 years of experience in operations, campaign management, or project execution Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams Experience with influencer marketing or digital-first campaigns is highly preferred Strong data orientation — you understand metrics and build processes that scale Great communication and leadership skills A hustle mindset — you take complete ownership and get things done, no matter what Why Cloutflow?
