Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our Human Resources team with a primary focus on recruitment. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end hiring processes, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role is perfect for someone with 6 months to 1 year of HR or recruitment experience who is looking to grow their career in Talent Acquisition.

In addition to recruitment, the candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to and gain experience in other core HR functions such as onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and pre-interview assessments.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Post job openings on various job boards and internal communication platforms.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in drafting offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Support campus hiring and walk-in drives, as needed.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Participate in other HR activities including onboarding, employee documentation, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and employment practices.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in high-volume or bulk hiring
• Exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or other job portals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
