Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern or Associate to join our growing team. Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and employee referrals

- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring teams

- Maintain and update candidate databases for future hiring needs

- Support onboarding processes and documentation

- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers

- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with HR specialization

- 0–1 years of experience (Freshers welcome!)

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Fluency in English

- Strong presentation and motivation skills

- Proficiency in MS Office tools

- Energetic, confident, and organized

- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
