Human Resources Associate

You will be working as an HR Associate at Varshil, where Elevating Hygiene Everyday is the core belief. Your role will involve supporting and executing various HR processes such as recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day operations. As a detail-oriented and people-focused individual, you will contribute to the company's long-term vision in a fast-paced and value-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end hiring processes, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews. - Support smooth onboarding and induction for new employees. - Coordinate engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives. - Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Ensure communication and adherence to HR policies and processes. - Assist in statutory compliance documentation. - Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards for management. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 02 years of experience in HR or related functions (freshers with internships are welcome). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. - Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
