Job Description

As a proactive and results-driven HR Executive Recruitment Specialist, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring the right talent is brought into the organization efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments. - Work with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements. - Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms (job portals, social media, company website, etc.). - Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews. - Coordinate and schedule technical and final round interviews with hiring managers. - Manage the offer process including salary negotiations and pre-employment documentation. - Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles. - Create and maintain recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards. - Build relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, colleges, and other hiring sources. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Stay updated on trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Requirements and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. - Proven ability to fill positions efficiently across various levels and functions.
