Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate based in Bengaluru. The role involves executing day-to-day HR operations, coordinating hiring processes, managing employee records, and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives. The associate will facilitate training programs for employees, address employee inquiries, and support communication strategies to foster an engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong in communication, both verbal and written
• Good skills in HR recruitment
• Interested to pursue career in HR
• know how in Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and understands technical terms and practices,
• Hands-on knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus
• Familiarity with employment laws and labor regulations in India is desirable
