Human Resources Associate

You will be responsible for recruiting doctors according to client specifications. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, networking, and referrals to build a pool of qualified candidates. Your role will involve reviewing and shortlisting candidates who meet the client's criteria and conducting initial interviews. Additionally, you will be coordinating interviews between the candidates and the reporting manager or client.
