About the Role

HR Associate

What You’ll Do

Manage the
end-to-end employee lifecycle
: pre-hire coordination, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
Conduct
candidate pre-screening and assessments
to identify the right fit for open positions.
Build and maintain strong communication channels with employees and
clients (domestic and overseas)
.
Support management in
recruitment operations, HR documentation, and compliance
.
Drive
employee engagement initiatives
and maintain a positive remote work culture.
Use
Zoho HR tools (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, etc.)
for daily HR operations.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources or a related field
.
1–2 years of experience
in HR within a
software product or consulting company
.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills.
Strong understanding of
recruitment processes, employee engagement
, and HR coordination.
Hands-on experience with
Zoho HR systems
.
Self-driven, proactive
, and capable of working with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
