HR Associate – Resource / People Operations (Remote)


proactive HR Operations / People Operations Associate (2–3 years experience)

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Manage

    resource & workforce tracking

    (employees + contractors)
  • Handle

    onboarding, induction, documentation & compliance

  • Own

    timesheets, attendance, and leave management

  • Support employees on HR operational queries
  • Maintain

    HR reports, dashboards, and utilization data

  • Work closely with leadership on capacity planning and people operations

✅ Must-Have:

  • 2–3 years experience in

    HR Operations / People Operations

  • Hands-on with

    onboarding, attendance, timesheets, employee lifecycle

  • Experience with

    HRMS tools

    (Zoho People preferred)
  • Strong

    Excel / Google Sheets

    skills
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities


⭐ Good to Have:

  • Experience in

    IT services / consulting

  • Handling

    contractors & project-based resources

  • Basic understanding of

    billing, utilization & HR compliance
