Role Description This is a full-time remote role (India) for a Medical Billing Specialist. The Medical Billing Specialist will be responsible for processing medical claims, handling insurance denials, ensuring compliance with ICD-10 coding standards, and managing Medicare billing. This role involves daily interaction with medical terminologies and working closely with insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely billing processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Medical Terminology Experience with Insurance and Medicare billing Knowledge of ICD-10 coding standards Ability to manage and resolve Denials Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and remotely Previous experience in a medical billing role is a plus Associate or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Billing, or related field Proficient in using electronic health record systems and billing software Claim submission, Payment Posting and Follow-up.
