Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Reporting To -

Preparing and Driving Training and Development plans
Managing Employee Experience and Employee Engagement
Driving Employee Rewards & Recognition
SPOC for All HRMS and other HR Systems.
Managing Performance Appraisals & Performance Management.
Preparation of various HR MIS and dashboards for management for decision making.
HR police Review and new policy implementation.
2nd and 4th Saturdays Holidays
Location - BKC, Bandra East.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
Proven experience in human resources management.

Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and across various levels of the organization
