Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise on fastener products, including materials, design, and manufacturing processes. 6. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Candidate Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. 2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the fastener industry. 3. Skills: - Strong technical knowledge of fasteners and materials. - Excellent project management and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 4. Knowledge: Familiarity with product development processes, including design for manufacturability and lean product development. 5. Industry-specific knowledge: Experience working in the fastener industry or similar industries, such as aerospace or automotive.
