Preparation of Bill of Materials with Engineering Sketch and Layouts for Production and Purchase.6. Comply with ISO/QMS requirements. 5. Identifying non-conformance & Conducting Proto-Evaluation 6. Conducting Functional tests, Physical Inspection, and Dispatch Inspections related to concerned area. 7. Preparation of the companies QA manual, control and supervision of all amendments and revisions 8. Ability to deal and interact well with executive levels (CEO/VP/Directors) for technical discussion. 9. Responsible for achieving customer inspection & handling third party inspection for domestic and overseas customers. 10. Control of non-confirming product at in process and investigate in-process NCs observed during the production & ensure corrective & preventive actions over the issues by concerned department/person. 11. Reporting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods and liaising with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve problems Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years experience in Pre-dispatch quality inspections in transformer manufacturing industry; Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment; Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the electrical industry; Strong analytical thinking and engineering aptitude. Expertise in systematic problem-solving and decision-making. Customer-centric with a deep understanding of commercial objectives. Ability to build strong rapports with key stakeholders.
