Responsible for managing the performance of employees, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback.
Maintaining employee records, managing benefits enrollment, and handling HR-related paperwork.
Responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve employee engagement, such as employee recognition programs, employee surveys, and other initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
Handling the exit procedures for employees who wish to leave the company.
