Maintain and uphold Talent Acquisition process workflow and compliance.
Handling team of 2-4 members. Update, follow ups, feedback & evaluate team members performance. Support & guide team members.
Strong hold on target candidate conversion.
Expertise in:
1. LinkedIn sourcing
2. Mapping competitor organogram
3. Target head hunting
Handling team of 2-4 members. Update, follow ups, feedback & evaluate team member’s performance. Consistently coach, mentor and develop team members, to reach their full potential.
Execute on individual assignments and projects, and also work across multifunctional groups on large, complex initiatives, with accountability in every step.
Maintain, record and update the team members daily and monthly delivery data as well as maintain own data.
Provide coaching and guidance to junior-level recruiting staff.
