Role & Responsibilities

Position: Fresher (Recruitment) Full-time position

Were hiring fresh graduates who are passionate about starting a career in Recruitment & HR.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Post job openings and manage candidate databases
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
  • Work in a target-driven environment

Qualification Criteria:

  • Graduate in any field (mandatory)
  • 0 - 2 years (Freshers Welcome!)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Interest in HR, calling, and coordination work
