Job Description

We require a Senior Team Leader with more than two years of field sales experience to recognize business opportunities, develop client relationships, and reach sales targets. Work roles: Secure new clientele and increase sales figures. Foster and maintain relationships with customers. Achieve set sales targets. Execute market research to discover opportunities. Present and demonstrate products effectively. Desire Profiles: A bachelor's degree is essential, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in any field of sales and Insurance is benefitial. Salary up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. A proven ability to meet sales targets is necessary.
