Senior Team Leader

Purpose of Position

• The job incumbent is responsible for carry-out of sampling and analysis of AAQ/Stack
  

emission/Noise/water and waste water/ soil samples for various EIA/EMP projects and postproject
monitoring activities under the supervision of Project Manager.

• The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the
  

BV Code of Ethics, the BV Group policy, NABL and NABET guidelines.

Major Responsibilities

• Site visiting of proposed and existing EIA/EMP and post environmental monitoring survey sites;
• Site Reconnaissance survey for establishing the air quality monitoring network;
• Sampling of Ambient air quality, Noise, Stack emission, Indoor Air Quality, water / waste water
  

and soil samples at project site;

• Knowledge on analysis of water, waste water, Air and stack emission samples;
• Follow the guidelines/ procedures of NABL/ BALPL (in-house SOPs) at customer site;
• Collection of secondary meteorology data from nearest IMD station and other secondary
  

information/ data as instructed by Project Manager;

• Coordination with Project Manager to update the status periodically
• Preparing AD50 for sharing quotation to customer in co-ordination with M&S team
• Preparing monthly sampling schedule for all the received available purchase orders with
  

including our CS region sampling team members.

• Sending invoice request to accounts team for preparing tax invoice for all completed services.
• Maintain professional & cordial relations with the EIC of the project for on or before time
  

completion of the project as per schedule mentioned in the WO.

• Customer complaints - Nil
• Customer Satisfaction in the range of 9-10 points out of 10
• Completion of the project within or before schedules mentioned in WO
• Timely Deliverables

• Adherence to environmental and safety policies of our organization
  

Qualification & Experience

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Environment Division / Science
• Min 7 - 12 Years relevant experience in Environmental Monitoring as a Field In charge
