Job Description: Human Resources (HR)Position OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive work culture and smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & OnboardingDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage the hiring process. Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs. 2. Employee Engagement & RelationsBuild a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives. Address employee grievances and ensure fair resolution. Organize training, team-building, and motivational programs. 3. Payroll & ComplianceManage payroll processing, attendance, and leave records. Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.). Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 4. Performance ManagementImplement appraisal systems and performance reviews. Assist managers in identifying training and development needs. Create career growth and succession planning strategies. 5. Policy & Process ManagementDraft and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook. Maintain employee records and HR database accurately. Ensure HR audits and reporting to management. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliances. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and recruitment portals. Problem-solving attitude with high emotional intelligence (EQ). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Qualifications & ExperienceMBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification. 5–7 years of experience in HR operations (manufacturing/trading/service industry preferred).
