Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

HR Recruiter

to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying talent to onboarding new hires. You will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Understand the hiring needs of different departments and create job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
