Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities and related tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.).
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduates from any stream are also eligible.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Must be open to working from the office (Salt Lake, Kolkata).
